 nizations 5.0
DESCRIPTION:The CoDEMO EU project is dedicated to developing at the Europea
 n level\, innovation capabilities for 5.0 Organizations in multiple activi
 ty sectors\, namely industry\, healthcare and agri-technology. Capabilitie
 s for innovation and transformation towards Organization 5.0 are deeply ba
 sed on the capacity of collaboration among various actors including compan
 ies\, innovation centers\, vocational training providers\, universities an
 d others.\n\nThe concept of Organization 5.0 complements 4.0 logics and pr
 inciples by focusing more on developing a sustainable\, human-centric\, an
 d resilient businesses. The advanced technologies like artificial intellig
 ence (AI) optimize collaborative relationships within global supply chains
 . With the help of networked technologies and smart digital ecosystems\, O
 rganization 5.0 aims to provide more sustainable means of value creation\,
  better (business) results and advancements in supply chain resiliency.\n\
 nThe objective of this special session is to provide a forum for researche
 rs and experts about the transformation of collaborative workspaces in Org
 anizations 5.0\, including key aspects like new skills and competencies re
 quirements and with new forms of collaborations pushed by bridging AI and 
 human talents into integrated working processes.\n\nThe Special Session we
 lcomes theoretical\, empirical as well as pragmatic contributions on topic
 s like: 5.0 competence needs for collaborative innovations\; collaboration
  &amp\; communication needs/requirements for and in Organizations 5.0\; as
 sessment of collaborative AI–driven capabilities in Organizations 5.0\; 
 5.0 laboratories for education\, learning\, professional training or trans
 fer\; the role of AI in collaborative process redesign and management for 
 5.0 transition\; bridging AI and human talents for Organizations 5.0.\n\nA
